By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• You confirm that you have the right to provide the source material for translation and that its use does not infringe third-party rights.
• Quotes are based on the material, scope, purpose, and instructions provided. Final pricing may change if the scope or content changes.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for urgent work, complex formatting, poor-quality source files, terminology research, special delivery requirements, or work outside normal hours.
• Delivery deadlines are confirmed only after all source materials and instructions have been received.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless other terms are agreed in advance.
• For large or long-term projects, a deposit or partial payments may be required.
• All client materials and information are treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to complete the assignment.
• I will perform all work with reasonable care, professional skill, and attention to accuracy.
• Any concerns or requests for corrections should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• My liability for any claim related to the work is limited to the amount invoiced for that assignment.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
